J. ALEEN BIO
J. Allen Pealer is an incredible vocalist, vocal coach, music director and teacher, as well as an accomplished professional background singer, composer, and songwriter.
His journey all began in Atlanta, Ga. as an active member of his home church, where his grandmother was the minister of music for over 50 years. After graduating from high school, J. Allen traveled all over the nation singing background for major gospel recording artists like Dottie Peeples, Donnie McClurkin and Kurt Carr just to name a few. His work also afforded him opportunities to reach and sing for large audiences through television: The Stellar Awards, Good Morning America, the Celebration of Gospel and a once in a lifetime opportunity providing background vocals for national recording artist, Josh Groban on the Oprah Winfrey Show. He has also shared the stage with national recording artists such as Fred Hammond, Charlie Wilson, Usher, and Janelle Monet at community event, Jazz in the Gardens.
J. Allen has served as minister of music at Antioch AME Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Music Education from and served as music director for Florida Memorial University’s Gospel Choir and as the Student Conductor for the FMU Ambassador Chorale in Miami, Florida. He is very committed to serving and supporting his local community singing with many South Florida recording artists. From 2015 to 2018 he served as a Music Teacher at Holmes Elementary School in Miami, FL and is currently seeking his Masters degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University. J. Allen has written many songs. Some of which are featured on the albums of artists in both the Atlanta and Miami areas which can be found on iTunes.
